Orders, Returns, Exchanges


Orders are fulfilled on-demand, in waves. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. All orders are shipped with tracking data. All delivery estimates are provided by the shipping service directly. We cannot guarantee delivery times.

International Orders

We do not accept international (non-US) orders at this time. Produce Land is an active experiment, and we're taking progressive steps as a business. Once our fulfillment process becomes streamlined, we will begin accepting international orders.


As a policy, we do not offer cancellations once an order is placed. However, we will consider cancellation requests and try our best to amend if made within 24 hours.


We accept refunds and exchanges on manufacturing defects. If the item has a manufacturing defect, please send an email with images, and return it to us for a full refund or replacement within the first 30 days.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Once a return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify that we have received the returned item, and of the approval or rejection of refund. If approved, then a refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. The original cost of shipping is non-refundable and will be deducted.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need to exchange for the same item, please send an email to producelandai@gmail.com and ship the damaged item to Produce Land, 1301 Waterloo St, Los Angeles, CA 90026.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Produce Land will not replace or refund orders that are stolen, lost, or damaged in transit.

Return Address

If applicable, to return your product, please email us first. Then, mail the product, ideally with tracking to: Produce Land, 1301 Waterloo St, Los Angeles, CA 90026.
